Yes, we strive to provide same-day HVAC service whenever possible for AC and heating repairs throughout Wilmington and the surrounding Cape Fear area, including Leland, Wrightsville Beach, and Carolina Beach. Our diagnostic fee is $99, which covers a full assessment of your system. Any repair work is quoted up front before we begin, so there are no surprises. Our maintenance plans start at $139 per year per system, and members get 10% to 20% off every repair plus priority scheduling.

We recommend two tune-ups a year for coastal systems: once before cooling season and once before heating season. Salt air and humidity are hard on equipment here, so bi-annual maintenance helps your system run efficiently and last longer. Our Comfort Club membership includes both visits.

We offer three plans, all priced per year, per system: Essential ($139) with one annual visit and 10% off repairs; Preferred ($225) with two visits a year, a deeper inspection, and 15% off repairs; and Comfort ($299) with two visits, coil cleaning every visit, 20% off repairs, and a 1-year repair warranty. Multi-system discounts are available.
